Server Logged In but Shows Disconnected Network Connection Status

This happens when the server port is not open or not reachable.

Check that the firewall on server computer allows binfer.exe and javaw.exe full access.
Ensure that server instance is available and reachable from outside network.
Try top open the private cloud server test URL from the another computer. See Test URL in Manage Private Cloud Settings.

Client Shows Login Box Instead of Auto Login

Check that the firewall on client computer allows binfer.exe and javaw.exe full access.
The access file may be incorrect. Ask the private cloud server account to regenerate the access files and send them back. Replace the previous file with the ne one.
Ensure only one pc file is in the directory.
Obtain test URL from the private cloud server and open it in a browser. If a message Binfer is On, is not shown, then that means that server has failed to open a port.
Open a web site, eg: http://www.binfer.com to ensure that you have Internet connectivity.
If the Binfer private cloud server is behind a firewall or DMZ then ensure that ports are open correctly.

Client Logged In but Shows Disconnected Network Connection Status

Admin and Client Cannot Add Contacts

If the Admin or Client are attempting to add contacts that have not received a pc file, they will not be able to add the contact. Users in a private cloud setting cannot communicate with other users that are not in the private cloud.
